Communication was horrible. The salesman (Rebecca) and the builder (Anvil) do not communicate with each other. A custom trailer diagram was submitted through Rebecca and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. After 8 weeks, still no word. On the 9th week, finally got word that it would be a couple weeks late (waiting on the awning). While talking to Rebecca about my concern, she started laughing and stated “Yeah, Anvil does not communicate good with us”. 4 WEEKS LATER, I was told it was ready. I drove 6 hours to find most items I ordered, were either in the wrong location or not available. I showed the builder my diagram, he stated he never received it. I stated “so you built my trailer without a diagram, why was I not contacted?” He stated, “WE DO NOT TALK TO THE BUYER, ONLY THE SALESMAN” Anvil substituted without contacting me and showed no concern nor did they offer an apology. Horrible experience. I do not recommend “Plain Ole Trailers” nor “Anvil”.

Easy to deal with. Called on the phone talk to jorge explain details and what I needed in my trailer. A few months later received a call and email my trailer was done. I went down pick it up on a Friday morning everything on the trailer was what i wanted and vision. Trailer came out better than I expected. They use new polycore walls so your trailer is smooth and not all wavy like other make trailers you see going down the road. Am satisfied with the smooth transaction and trailer

Purchased a trailer through Plain Ole Trailers. They were clear about the backlog of trailers and the time required to build. Overall I think it was 68 days from when I first reviewed the quote. This was well communicated and within time for me to put it to use.

A little confusion over the spare tire at pickup time, but the Manufacturer caught that on-site.
